We start with your permitted share rather than with a search. After the 2026 cuts, roughly half of all enquiries end not in direct recruitment but in a different arrangement — outstaffing or outsourcing a scope. An agency that does not run that calculation is selling the client risk along with the people.
And we verify manual skill on video rather than on skill-grade certificates. For volume blue-collar trades that is the only screening method that works at distance.
