What changes on a platform
Every step becomes a record instead of a phone call. The work order states the trade, the shift and the rate before anyone is dispatched. Attendance is captured at the site and approved by the supervisor who was standing there, so hours are agreed on the day rather than argued at month end. Unapproved timesheets are the single biggest cause of ageing receivables on both sides of this trade, and removing them is what the platform is built to do. Reliability is built from attendance history a worker accumulates on the platform, not from a CV.
