Service
We find workers against a specific skill grade across 25+ countries, verify the skill on work video and deliver them to your site. You employ them directly, pay for the result, and get a 90-day replacement guarantee.
Method
On volume trades a CV reflects nothing: a skill grade can be bought, experience is written from the candidate’s own account. We verify the skill before anyone pays for a ticket.
Candidates are brought in by our own people on the ground — from workshops, crews and vocational colleges. That is how you find qualifications that never reach open databases.
The candidate films the operation: laying a weld, running a machine, laying brick, sewing a seam. You judge the skill, not a list of former employers.
A second video about the person: how they speak, what they expect from the job. It filters out those who will not travel or will leave within a month.
Passport, education and skill-grade certificates, criminal record certificate, medical fitness.
Basic safety, everyday rules, expectations about schedule and climate. This is what drives retention past month three.
Check-ins after arrival. If someone is struggling we hear about it before you do — in time to fix it or replace them.
Timeline
We work out who you need: skill level, grade, headcount, shift pattern, accommodation. We tell you straight away which country makes more sense and what that means for the timeline.
We calculate your permitted share of foreign workers for your activity code and region, and check whether a quota and hiring permit are required. If the share does not allow it, we propose outstaffing.
We search through our own network of recruiters, not job-board CVs. For blue-collar trades that is the only way to get the actual skill grade you asked for.
Phone interview, skill verified by a work video and a self-presentation video, document and criminal-record checks.
You get profiles with video. You choose, and can interview online if you want to.
Invitation letter, work permit, medical clearance, consular procedures, flights, airport pickup.
Onboarding on site, help with migration registration, check-ins on day 7, 30 and 90. Free replacement within 90 days.

Commercial terms
The bulk of the fee falls due when the worker actually starts on site, not when the search begins. We do not charge for a "sourcing process" that may end in nothing.
An advance applies only where we carry direct costs ourselves: consular procedures, medicals and tickets in visa countries.
Wrong skill level, poor fit, or they resign — we replace them free of charge within three months of the start date.
This is not marketing but a consequence of the method: with work-video screening, replacements are rare enough that we can afford the promise.
FAQ
The fee depends on skill level and how rare the trade is, and is mostly payable when the worker starts on site. An advance is taken only against direct costs in visa countries: consular procedures, medicals, tickets. A quote for your list of roles comes within one business day.
By work video: the candidate films the operation for your profile — a weld, a part on a machine, brickwork. Plus a self-presentation video, education and skill-grade documents, a criminal record certificate and medical fitness. You get the profiles with video before deciding.
First shortlist 48–72 hours after a confirmed request. Arrival on site in 3–5 weeks from visa-free countries and 5–8 weeks from visa countries, where a permit, invitation and consular stage are required.
Our core is line and blue-collar staff: construction, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, facilities, food and garment production. We source foremen, supervisors and QC technicians alongside worker crews, but we do not run office recruitment as a separate stream.
The foreign recruitment market is opaque: there are often two or three intermediaries between client and candidate, each adding margin and losing time, while the client sees the same proposal with the same promises from everyone. Below are the questions whose answers actually separate providers.
Direct recruitment runs into the permitted share. If the limit for your activity code is full — and after the construction share was cut to 50% for 2026 that is a common situation — no amount of searching will let you put more foreign workers on your payroll. In that case the answer is not recruitment but outstaffing, where the workers sit on the provider’s payroll. We calculate this on the first call so as not to waste your time or ours.
India is the deepest pool for welding, CNC, masonry and garment production. Bangladesh covers volume construction and warehousing. Vietnam gives assembly and food production with the lowest turnover of any direction we have run. Sri Lanka supplies finishing trades, crafts and hospitality, with part of the pool speaking English. Bhutan is a small but steady flow into construction and facilities. Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan are the visa-free direction, where the gain is speed: 3–5 weeks against 5–8 for visa countries.
