One deal from CV to first working day

SmartRecruit Exchange connects licensed recruitment agencies in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and the Philippines with employers in the Gulf, Europe, Russia and North America. The fee is charged only when the person starts work.

Who is on the exchange

Two sides and one operator. Agencies upload verified CVs — passport validity, documented experience, a work video for the trade — and see which employers are looking for those profiles. Employers post vacancies with the salary, headcount and visa route, search the CV pool and invite candidates. The exchange verifies documents before publishing, hosts the chat and the online interview, and tracks every document until the first day.

What the deal looks like

Six stages, visible to both sides: screening, candidate approval, online interview, documents (visa and work permit), start of work, fee. The document list depends on the country — an H-2B petition in the United States, a MOHRE quota in the UAE, a type A permit in Poland — and each status is updated in the deal rather than in a messaging app. The guarantee runs from the confirmed first day: if the employee does not work out within three months, the agency replaces them at its own cost.

How the exchange earns

Nothing until the start. On the first working day the exchange charges the employer 10% of the monthly salary and the agency 100% of the monthly salary. Both sides pay for a result they can see; the worker pays nobody — the model matches the Employer Pays Principle and the IRIS ethical recruitment standard.

Interface prototypes

See the platform before you talk to us

Three clickable prototypes open right in the browser — no sign-up, in English and Russian: the Exchange where agencies and employers in different countries close a hire, the dispatcher back office, and the mobile apps the crew and the employer carry on site.

Prototypes run on made-up data. This is an interface mock-up, not a working system.

Common questions

Which countries does the exchange cover?
First corridors: South Asia and the Philippines to the Gulf, Russia and Eastern Europe, where licensed agencies already have partners; the United States (H-2B, H-1B), Canada and Germany follow. Each corridor carries its own visa route and document checklist.
Does the worker pay anything?
No. The exchange is paid by the employer and the agency, and only after the person starts work. Agencies that charge candidates are removed from the exchange.
What happens if the employee leaves in the first months?
The agency guarantees a replacement within three months of the start date at its own cost. Replacement history is part of the agency rating that every employer sees.
Is this a working system?
The prototype is open on the site with made-up data; the product is in build. Leave a request and we will walk through the deal flow on your vacancies.
