For recruiting agencies in Bangladesh
Bangladeshi recruiting agencies on SmartRecruit Exchange receive job orders from verified employers abroad — salary, headcount and visa route stated upfront — and close each hire inside one deal: interview, documents, departure, first day. No listing fee: the Exchange is paid only when your worker starts work.
We'll reply within one business day with a quote for your positions.
What the Exchange gives you
SmartRecruit Exchange connects licensed recruiting agencies with employers abroad. Employers post vacancies with salary, headcount and visa route; you upload screened CVs and see which employers are looking for those profiles.
We check the employer’s registration and the job order before it is published. You do not spend a month on a demand letter that turns out to be fake.
Demand letter and power of attorney attestation, BMET clearance and smart card, the visa route of the destination — each deal shows what is done and what is missing.
Employers interview your candidates online inside the platform; messages and documents stay in the deal, not in scattered WhatsApp chats.
No membership or listing fee. The Exchange earns only when your worker starts work.
Who can join
| Requirement | How we check |
|---|---|
| Valid BMET recruiting licence (RL number) | Against the BMET public register |
| No suspension or cancellation in the last two years | BMET and Ministry notices, press |
| Zero recruitment fees to workers | Written undertaking; worker interviews after arrival |
| Real candidates with documents | Passport validity, experience documents, a work video for each trade |
| BAIRA membership | Preferred, not required |
Agencies that charge workers beyond the law or substitute employers after arrival are removed from the Exchange. For corridors where the Government of Bangladesh requires embassy verification of job offers, we publish job orders only after that verification.
How it works
Send your RL number, company profile and the trades you recruit for.
We verify the licence and explain the deal stages and document checklists.
Screened candidates with documents and a work video for the trade.
Online interview, offer, employer approval — all inside the deal.
Attestation, BMET clearance, visa, flight; both sides see each status.
On the worker’s first day the Exchange invoices: 100% of one month’s salary to the agency, 10% to the employer. Three-month replacement guarantee from the agency.
FAQ
No. There is no membership or listing fee. The Exchange invoices only when a worker starts work: 100% of one month’s salary to the agency and 10% to the employer.
Not on the Exchange. We follow the Employer Pays Principle: agencies that take money from workers are removed. The fee you pay the Exchange is covered by the business you win, not by the worker.
The first corridors are the Gulf (Oman, the UAE, Saudi Arabia) and Eastern Europe, followed by other markets. Each job order shows the destination and its visa route before you submit candidates.
The agency guarantees a replacement within three months of the start date. The replacement deal carries no new invoices, and the guarantee does not restart.
For a BMET-licensed agency the bottleneck is rarely candidates — it is genuine demand. Demand letters arrive through chains of sub-agents, each taking a cut, and some are not real at all. The Exchange shortens that chain: the employer posts the job order directly, we verify the employer, and you talk to the employer, not to a middleman.
The model follows the Employer Pays Principle. Workers pay nothing on the Exchange; the employer and the agency pay a fee only after the worker starts. That is also why we ask for a work video for each trade: employers choose faster, and fewer workers are rejected on arrival.
